The Westminster Fellowship within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland
was formed in 1974 with the following aims:
- The renewal of the Church of Jesus Christ and, in particular, the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
- The creation of a caring fellowship amongst members.
- The preservation and application of the biblical standards
embodied in the Westminster Standards.
- The promotion of a positive evangelical viewpoint
on issues affecting the work and witness of the Church.
The Fellowship seeks to fulfil its aims mainly through:
- Conferences for prayer, study and fellowship.
- Conferences on subjects relevant to ministers and/or elders.
- Occasional papers on subjects of interest to the Church.
